If anyone is a Jill of all trades on 90 Day Fiancé season eight, it’s Julia Trubkina. The Russian star, who was first introduced as a go-go dancer, slowly revealed she’s much more than that as she adjusted to life on the Virginia farm. However, a recent Instagram post had Julia saying she was done with all the farm jokes while revealing she previously had 15 different jobs. Amongst those, Julia was a professional bodybuilder, which shocked TLC viewers the most. Now, the 90 Day Fiancé star finally revealed how she got the jaw-dropping body for the job.

Despite several struggles, including working on the farm, a disinterested husband to be, and his helicopter parents, Julia has outdone herself on every episode with her charm. But in response to those asking if Julia could be a stereotypical mail order bride using Brandon for the visa and money, the 90 Day Fiancé star declared she never wanted the American dream. In fact, Julia mentioned she was ready to go back to Russia in an instant if her relationship with Brandon failed. Owing to her various talents, Julia certainly didn’t seem to have any trouble supporting herself in her home country. From being a go-go dancer to a drawing teacher, the 90 Day Fiancé newbie has done it all, including training for a bikini bodybuilding competition all by herself.

90 Day Fiancé bride Julia stunned her Instagram followers recently by flexing her throwback from her “first competition in the fitness category.” Julia mentioned she prepared for it on her own and later trained others while performing for three years in a row in various cities. Those in awe of Brandon’s future wife’s dedication asked her why she never tried again, and Julia’s replied that, while she has a desire to, it is “very difficult.” Upon being prodded to reveal more details about her training, 90 Day Fiancé celeb Julia posted a video from her bodybuilding stint and explained her routine.

Julia revealed how preparation for the competition is a “complicated process.” The 90 Day Fiancé star stated that it all depends on what results one wants to achieve. Julia asked her IG followers what was on their wish list – if they wanted to gain weight or lose weight, if they wanted to see abs, or if they wanted to lift heavy pounds. Julia then provided rules which are suitable for “any start in sports.” On her list, Brandon’s better half wrote, “1️. eat more often, but in small portions. 2️. drink plenty of water. 3️. more activity,” and “4️. love what you do.”

As explained by Julia, bikini competitions are more than just getting a spray tan and putting on a shiny bikini. They also involve adopting a whole new lifestyle. Months of training and dedication are required just to be on stage for a few minutes. Before Julia, 90 Day Fiancé fans saw another Russian beauty, Anfisa Arkhipchenko Nava, channel her stress from a crumbling marriage into working out. Later, she won not one, but three medals in her first bodybuilding competition. With Julia now needing inspiration, perhaps TLC fans can expect a collaboration with Anfisa. Better still, maybe the Russian ladies will have their own fitness-themed 90 Day Fiancé spin-off in the future.
