What to Know About Adam Sandler’s Wife Jackie Sandler and Kids

Adam Sandler has had a lot going on over the years. From the star Saturday Night Live building a comic film empire (including his latest film, Uncut gems), his projects are endless.

Yet despite his ridiculously busy schedule, Adam managed to keep his marriage to his wife, Jackie sandler, strong and spending time with her two children, Sadie, 14 and Sunny, 11.

How Adam and Jackie first met

The year was 1999 – four years after Adam and his fellow castmate Chris Farley were fired from Saturday Night Live. Adam had already had great success with his films Tommy boy, Happy Gilmore, The Waterboy, and Black sheep. Like his next big movie, Big Daddy, was in progress, he met Jackie for the first time.

Jackie, on the other hand, was a model and an actress looking to take a break from being chosen for a minor role in Big daddy. Jackie has been selected to play the waitress who takes control of a Sonny root beer (Adam) while he is in the sports bar with Julian (Dylan and Cole sprouse). When the film was released in June 1999, the two were dating.

Since then, Jackie has appeared in many Adam movies, including First 50 dates, Go with, Little nicky, The adults, and Adults 2.

Convert for Adam and tie the knot

A year later, Jackie took a serious step in their relationship. She converted to Judaism in 2000 for Adam, who has been very open to her faith over the years.

Shortly after, the couple got engaged. On June 22, 2003, they tied the knot at Dick clarkfrom Malibu by the sea. Jennifer Aniston, Rodney Dangerfield, Rob Schneider, and several of his film co-stars were present. According to Weekly entertainment, his bulldog, Meatball, was also present and dressed like Adam in a black tuxedo.

Start a family together

Three years after the couple said “yes”, they welcomed their first daughter, Sadie, to the world on May 6, 2006. Two years later, on November 2, 2008, Sunny was born. The couple have since raised their two daughters in Los Angeles, California.

By the sounds of it, Adam is a very affectionate father to Sunny and Sadie. Although they are tweens now, Adam said Irish Examiner that when they were younger, he often slipped into a suit to read to his daughters a bedtime story (similar to the way his Big daddy character donned a Scuba Steve outfit for Julian).

“You would be surprised how beautiful I look in a ball gown,” he told the chain.

In an interview with The Huffington PosIn 2014, Adam revealed how having children had greatly affected his lifestyle.

“My children give me the most joy, but there are adjustments to life. I don’t go out to meet someone after 9:30 in the evening. I have dinner at six or seven,” he revealed. “If someone keeps me outside until 10:30 in the evening, I am angry the next day because I am exhausted.”

Still, Adam makes it clear that he wouldn’t trade it for the world – well, except maybe the fact that his oldest daughter starts talking about boys.

“You know, I ride with [Sadie and] his friends and I hear them talking about boys now … it’s amazing, the feelings I had on the same boys five years ago, “Adam told Ellen Degeneres.” When they mentioned the child’s name, I said to myself, “I love this kid. ‘ Now … I’m very nervous. ”

When it comes to the balance between work and marriage, Adam gives the impression that he and Jackie are as solid as possible. Even though a lot of Adam’s movies over the years – like First 50 dates and Mixed – involved romantic scenes, he said Ellen Degeneres that Jackie agrees with everything – especially considering that love is often Drew Barrymore.

“It’s like the best thing my wife loves Drew so much that she encourages me. There is no jealousy. She just said to me, “Come in!” … were [Adam and Drew] make a beautiful romantic scene and I think I’m going to be very good to be as romantic as possible and then like – Okay, let’s go on, let’s go, it was great, Drew. Good work. And I walk away and I just see my wife like (shaking her head) … “What’s wrong?” [And she says] “Please, for the sake of women, come in and look a little bit more alive.” “

Looks like Jackie has a great sense of humor – just like her man.
