Ingredients

Tender coconut flesh (chopped) - 1 cup, tender coconut water - 1/2 cup, coconut milk - 1 cup (full-fat for creamier texture), condensed milk - 400gms.

Blend the coconut base

Combine chopped tender coconut flesh, coconut water, and coconut milk in a blender. Blend until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.

Add it up

Add condensed milk and blend again until well incorporated. Chop up some chunks of tender coconut and add it to the mixture

Whip the cream

For a richer texture, whip the chilled coconut milk (separate from the blended mixture) until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream gently into the coconut base.

Chill the mixture

Pour the ice cream base into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6-8 hours, or overnight for best results.

Break up ice crystals

If you prefer a smoother texture, use a fork to break up any ice crystals that form every 2-3 hours during freezing. This helps prevent icy patches.
