And I recently got jumped rope and shadow boxing. It gives very high energy for me. Actually, I did not like to run and to do the traditional workouts. Grace Mahary said I am actually an athlete. It was natural luck to me. That is why I work out 3 times per week. Normally, I work out for 3 times in a week. But, for this purpose, I have done this work for 5 to 6 times per week. Not only am doing this but also am doing Pilates, Kickboxing and yoga. It gives more benefits to me.
