Best time to visit the Vancouver Zoo
Best time to travel Vancouver Zoo During the Christmas season. Every weekend in December, tourists can meet Santa and his reindeer and are also allowed to take pictures with him. The zoo is decorated with holiday themes and lights for Christmas. The main attraction using Christmas is to see the zoo animals opening their presents! The special ‘Winter Express’ themed train rides around the zoo in the Christmas season with lights, warm blankets and hot chocolate. The train is available only during winter. Tips for visiting the Vancouver Zoo
- Visitors have to bring their own tents, sleeping bags, camping equipment, drinking water, food, extra clothes, toiletries, flash lights, matches and charcoal for night stay programs.
- The check-in time for the night stay is 4.00 pm and a $ 50.00 deposit is required and which is returned during checkout at 9.00 am the next morning.
- Visitors are advised to avoid disturbing animals during their stay in Vancouver.
- Do not try to feed, disturb or hurt animals. Feeding and touching animals is strictly prohibited. Animals should not be touched for safety reasons.

The cell phone is made with an ore called coltan (columbite-tantalite). This ore is often found in the middle of wildlife habitat in Central Africa. The mining of this ore is killing animals by rebel captives. Mining operations mean loss from these habitats and increased hunting.
