DAVID MAKES A SAD DISCOVERY
In the morning, Lucille meets David and tells him about Jérôme, the man she saw in her memories. The nurse then understands that it is a patient of his own with terminal cancer. On Lucille’s advice, David therefore goes to Jérôme to obtain an explanation. Unfortunately, he finds him dead in his bed. Panicked, he calls Lucille to warn her then contacts the hospital and the police.
Later, David is heard by the police and explains to Élise that he was following Jérôme as part of a palliative care protocol established by the hospital. When he asks what will happen, the policewoman replies that they will carry out a forensic examination to determine the causes of death.
Not far from there, Lucille and Mo discuss Jerome’s death. If the journalist fears being responsible, Mo thinks on the contrary that it was his cancer that killed him. Subsequently, Mo finds Joel at the hotel. At worst, Inès’ mother confides that she has just learned of someone’s death. Since Joël points out to her that he is there for her, Mo ends up explaining to her that she is involved in a funny story that is difficult to tell. Joel then embraces her while telling her that he is by her side.
Meanwhile, Yasmine tries to understand why David was at Jérôme’s when it wasn’t his week of treatment. The latter therefore indicates that he was very attached to him and claims to have had a presentiment. As he is sad, Yasmine tells him that he had the death he wanted. Shortly after, the orderly receives a call informing her that a new delivery is scheduled for Friday.
At the end of the day, the Réals have dinner together but Mo keeps sending messages to Joël. Tired of this atmosphere, Inès decides to end the evening at Anissa’s. When Enric questions her to find out why she doesn’t drop her phone, Mo confesses that she met someone.
CLAIRE AND FLORENT BEGIN THE VISITS
Janet left for work early to find a solution to prevent the restructuring of her department. Indeed, Doctor Lewis has no intention of letting management strip his team. While her husband suggests that she give in on the number of beds in order to keep her staff, Janet knows perfectly well that she will still lose her collaborators.
For their part, Claire and Florent discuss the house they have to visit in the afternoon. Hearing them, Kira would like to accompany them but the couple prefers to make a pre-selection before.
Meanwhile, Janet confirms to Karine that she will be operated on Friday. As she has no cranial sequelae, the young woman can go home until then. Relieved, Karine takes the opportunity to apologize to him for his attitude. Janet then recognizes in turn that she has not always been very patient with her.
Later, Claire is surprised to see Karine leave the establishment but the latter tells her that it was Doctor Lewis who gave her permission. After asking her to take care of herself, the nurse joins Janet and reminds her that Karine should have remained under observation. However, for Janet, she is in stable condition and there is no reason to keep her hospitalized for four more days. Her colleague insists, but Janet is certain that their patient is in no danger.
At the end of her shift, Hélène confides in Claire that she finds it strange that Janet has let Karine out, but their discussion is interrupted by a call from Florent who warns his companion that he is unable to visit the house. Hélène therefore proposes to accompany him.
At the end of the visit, Claire sees herself already living here. For her part, Hélène is not convinced because the rooms are small and there is a lot of work to be done. Florent, who was finally able to free himself, joins the two women but the visit is already over. Claire then explains to him that the house is not bad but that there is a lot of work. When Hélène says that you have to visit a lot of properties before finding the rare pearl, Claire agrees with her. An attitude that has not escaped the lawyer who finds that his wife’s colleague is particularly invested in their real estate project.
