Are you surprised to learn that the most expensive street is a Parisian street? Me yes, very. Never been so shocked in my life. Except maybe when I learned that Santa Claus didn’t exist. There it was perhaps competing. We don’t know if this street deserves its €23,008 per m², but it’s right next to the Jardin du Luxembourg, so well, it must be worth it.
2. Avenue Jean Lorrain in Nice
We are already starting by lowering the price level because well, Nice may be a city of right-wing pensioners, but it is still not Paris. The price per m² for this street by the sea is €9,040. Frankly, we don’t need more. We sign (when we have sold enough coke to collect the sum).
3. Cours Franklin Roosevelt in Lyon
We didn’t really understand the hype around this rue de Lyon, which is still at €7,558 per m². For a big boulevard a bit expensive, frankly, there are some who don’t care. But hey, if you tell me it’s nice, I believe you. In addition, the Christmas decoration still looks nice, if we have to say a positive point.
4. Rue Mably in Bordeaux
At €7,005 m², we reckon having a view of a not-too-ugly little church is the least we can do. Failing to have the sea, we manage as we can.
5. Rue Sainte-Anne in Toulouse
So yeah, Toulouse is very nice but in real life, was there a need to put the price per m² at €6,365 just because there are small pink bricks and colored walls? You have to ask yourself the question.
6. Rue du Chateau d’If in Marseille
Can we sit for two seconds and try to understand why a normal street in a city no nicer than that can cost 6,296 € per m²?? You can’t even see the creeks, it’s indecent. Frankly, those who live there can ask for reimbursement, I’m sure CAF will take pity, or maybe social security.
7. Avenue Camus in Nantes
Yeah well it looks nice but hey, it’s a street with parking spaces and buildings what, not enough to break a leg with a duck breast. €6,052 per m² for that, I think you’re getting a little cheated, if I can be honest with you.
8. Boulevard Jean Sebastien Bach in Strasbourg
Ok, why not, I accept the €6,041 per m² if I am guaranteed that the trees will remain until my future move. It’s like for my friends, I don’t really like it when they get shot with a chainsaw.
9. Place du Concert in Lille
I’ve never set foot there but frankly, the inhabitants of this place seem to be a little farted right? With their €5,498 per m², their small market and their small briquettes. Who am I to judge?
10. Avenue Raymond Dugrand in Montpellier
Yeah, €5,231 per m² to have the impression of being in the La Défense district, Wish version, I don’t know if I’m signing. I have to find out about the road works before making a decision.
