Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s Power Couple on the 12th floor of the 70 Brasserie Complex in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood have taken the sale price honey for their luxury home. After buying the place for about $ 25.5 million in 2018, he allegedly found a buyer with a little less than $ 40 million, making for a healthy profit in the process.
Brady fans may already know that the quarterback insisted on a 12-floor luxury unit in the building, which led to his lucky number with the New England Patriots. But now, after moving down to Tampa to play for the Buccaneers, he and Bundchen are spending less and less time in New York, which led to this sale.
But, as a source explained to the Post, the two are not cutting ties to New York altogether, saying that the sale is all but full savings for some final formalities to close:
“They are under contract to sell and the deal is expected to close soon … Tom and Gisele still love New York, but they are doing less because they are spending so much time in Tampa.”
The unit is in a very plum location and has plenty of space, including five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and an outdoor terrace, which itself measures 1,900 square feet. The 14-story complex is also, as you can imagine, full of luxury facilities including an 82-foot lap pool itself. They should like the building, as they are reportedly hanging on another small unit, somewhere inside them.
Brady and Bundchen have since found a more permanent residence in Florida, but when they first landed in Tampa, they were reportedly living in the mansion, known as “St. Jettersburg”, to baseball legend Darren. Was known as Jeter’s longtime residence.
