  4. Anxiety is one of the bitter enemy of humankind. We keep up hoarding all the negative thoughts, till they get congealed and drag us down with them.

    Very practical tips! However, we Indians shirk from professional therapists as they believe it to be a slur on their intellect to be considered to fit enough for a professional help, and keep on carrying the burden till they succumb!
