Full HD monitor offers

Most monitors on the market today are 1080p (also known as “Full HD” or “FHD” for short), which means they have a vertical resolution of 1,080 pixels. That resolution dominates the 21- to 27-inch monitor category – bigger than this, and you should check out Quad HD (1440p) or 4K Ultra HD (2160p) – but 1080p still makes a nice place for the vast majority of computing applications .

If you’re just looking for an affordable, no-nonsense monitor for a desktop workstation, 1080p in the 21- to 27-inch range is more than likely what you’re looking for. The good news is that this is the cheapest type of monitor, especially if you’re not interested in paying more for things like higher refresh rates or Vsync technologies (i.e. features you find on game-built displays). And with the monitor deals above, you might even be able to get a solid full HD monitor from the brand for around $ 100.

Gamers tend to demand a lot more from their computer hardware than the average user, and this goes for desktop monitors as well as anything else. A lousy display can quickly affect your gaming experience. In addition to the screen size and resolution, for example, you need to consider the refresh rate and Vsync features so that your display can keep up with your GPU (even with a PC with the strongest performance) The graphics card stutters and delays when connected to a sub-par monitor is.

Once you’ve decided on a size and resolution – 1080p Full HD, 1440p Quad HD, or 4K Ultra HD – you should look for a monitor with a refresh rate of around 144 Hz. The refresh rate determines the frame rate, and a minimum of 120 Hz is required to play 60 frames per second smoothly. Anything else and you are very likely to experience stuttering and lags on the screen. A good gaming monitor should also have Nvidia G-Sync or AMD FreeSync technologies (depending on which one fits your graphics card), which significantly reduces or eliminates annoying and submerged screen cracks.

You pay a bit more for these technologies, but they’re not particularly cheap if you’re looking for a monitor to complete your gaming PC. These are popular items that are regularly put on sale. So keep an eye on this page and let our monitor offers save you real money.

Curved and ultra-wide monitor offerings

Curved and ultra-wide monitors are a relatively new thing in the desktop display world and can be a great alternative to traditional monitors and multi-monitor setups depending on your needs. The idea behind a curved panel is that the entire screen is directed towards the viewer’s eyes. Admittedly, the benefits of curved displays are largely subjective and depend on the preferences of each user. So it might be a good idea to take a look at some in person before deciding whether or not a curved monitor is really your speed.

On the other hand, the advantages of ultrawide monitors are obvious. If you go for one of these monitors, it is almost certain that you are going for a curved design that is just easier to see at super widescreen resolutions. Just be prepared to pay for them: ultrawide displays are the most expensive, but if you can find the right deal, it might be worth it – and you can even save money by buying two or three separate monitors instead.

However, standard sized curved displays are often no more expensive than non-curved displays. So, if you decide this style is for you, we’ve included some curved screens in the monitor listings above to help you find the right one for your battle station.

Ultra HD, better known as “4K”, has become the standard for televisions, but 4K monitors are not quite as common. This is mainly because PC displays are typically smaller than home TVs, but also because monitors are still considered peripherals and understandably most people don’t want to spend hundreds more on a display – especially when taking advantage of the Ultra HD are less noticeable on a smaller screen than they will be on a large living room television.

That said, you’re probably sitting closer to your computer monitor than your TV, and since the cost of 4K panels has dropped dramatically in recent years, now is not a bad time to upgrade to a UHD display for your PC if you have think about it. This is especially true if you’ve built or are building a 4K capable slot machine. Aside from ultrawide displays, 4K monitors are expensive (as you’d expect), but they also offer some of the best savings. Hence, we’ll be keeping our listing of offers updated with all of the Ultra HD options available at the moment.
