Spread across over 1200 hectares of tea gardens, BOH is one of the largest and most popular tea gardens in Malaysia. The name was taken from the ‘Bohea’ hills of the country’s Fujian province. BOH Tea Plantation has been carrying the legacy of producing one of the finest qualities of tea since 1929 and is reputed as one of the leading integrated tea companies in the world cultivating, processing, packing and marketing its own brand of authentic tea varieties. How to reach BOH Tea Garden: It is located midway between Tea Garden Town Brinchang and Gunung Brinchang. It is 203 kilometers from Kuala Lumpur and takes about 3 hours to reach. If you are driving, take Hill Lane near E Feng Gu Honey Bee Farm in Brinchang and reach the plantation.

2. Cameroon Tea Plantations – Swear by the spectacular views

Place: Tanah Rata, Tanah Rata, south of Malaysia
Feel the intoxicating aroma of exotic tea as you step into a Cameroon tea plantation. Popularly known as Bharat Tea Estate, this lush green tea garden is simply spectacular and invigorates the mind and soul. Owned by a business-class family from Uttar Pradesh, the Cameron Tea Plantation has been in operation since 1933 and is the second largest tea plantation in Malaysia. Apart from appreciating the stunning nature all around, one can visit the souvenir shop, and enjoy a cup of exotic variety of highland tea along with tea cakes, scones with cream and strawberry jam. It is one of the best tea gardens in Malaysia, offering all its visitors a wonderful view of the garden and the stream flowing through the foothills.

3. Gaharu Tea Valley – An Organic Tea Farm

Consisting of 200,000 trees of a special hybrid Aquilaria, Gaharu Tea Valley is another Malaysia tea plantation, spread over 300 acres. Gahru Tea Valley is a picturesque place in Malaysia, with the Great Wall of Gahru in the background.
