Eero is Amazon’s brand on the networking front, and has full support for Wi-Fi 6, with the newest and most advanced version of Wi-Fi a new Mesh router for sale this fall. That system, the Eero 6, doesn’t ship until November 2, but if you’re ready to pre-order the 3-piece setup now during Prime Day, at its regular retail price of $ 279, Amazon One Will throw a free Echo Dot smart speaker and two free Philips Hue bulbs to sweeten the deal.
This is a nice setup, as the new Eero router has a built-in ZigBee radio that can connect those bulbs directly to your home Wi-Fi network without the need for a Philips bulb bridge. This means that you will be able to turn them on and off using the Alexa voice command, which comes in Echo Dot.
Two cavities. although. First of all, you don’t get the new, rounded Echo Dot – instead, it’s a previous, puck-shaped version of 2018. Second, these are hue white ambience bulbs, not full-color hue bulbs. This means that you can change their color temperature between yellow, candle-like tones, and warm, blue-white daylight tones, but you can’t put them red, green, blue, or anything else on the RGB spectrum. Still, a great deal here. Read more on Tips Clear

Speaking of Hue, if you’re ready for Best Buy for some per-programming today, you’ll get a bundle with the Philips Hue Lightstrip Plus and a 1-meter extension bar for $ 60. A smart-color-changing light for a total of 3 meters typically costs $ 45 compared to a bundle.
Just know that this is an older version of the Hue Lightstrip, so it does not include Bluetooth support and it cannot cast more than one color at a time. Still, if you have found some of the rear cabinets of the TV that might benefit from a good color accent, it is probably worth noting.

Ge light
GE Lighting is a fixture of smart bulbs and smart lighting accessories, and several bundles are on sale today for Prime Members during Prime Day 2020.
One of the best nets you can find is two color-changing bulbs, a color-changing light strip, a wireless remote control that can turn them off, up and down them, or change their color, and also a smart plug. Total cost? About $ 86. Would have been a great deal if it was just a light strip and plug.
C by GE Lights uses Bluetooth to send and receive their signals, and they can pair directly with Google Assistant for extra-fast voice control. They also work with Alexa, but you need a bridge device to connect them to Amazon. Fortunately, this is where the Wi-Fi Smart Plug comes in. As long as you plug it in and connect to your home network, it will act as that bridge device for your C by GE Lights, and will let you connect Alexa for easy voice control.
At any rate, it’s a nice little bundle, and the perfect way to add some pizza to the living room, game room, or children’s room. And if you don’t want a light strip or remote, you can also score two bulbs and a smart plug for $ 38.

Ge light
Already have some C’s by GE Lights, and just want to add a smart plug to your setup on the cheap? Amazon Prime Members can add one to their cart for just $ 10 today.
Again, along with giving you a lamp, coffee maker, or anything else that you plug into it, GE Lighting’s Wi-Fi smart plugs will act as a bridge to your C through GE Bluetooth lights. They will be able to join Alexa. And yes, it also works with Google Assistant.

Nanoleaf
If you’ve ever dreamed of covering your walls in a smart, color-changing light that dances in rhythm with your music, then … you have some very specific dreams. But secondly, you should know that Nanolife knocked $ 30 off the price of a 15-panel starter kit for its original, triangular-shaped light panels.
They do not offer tactile sensitivity like the new square- or hexagon-shaped panels, but they come with the Nanoleaf Rhythm Module, a small mic accessory that plugs into your panels. This gives them flash patterns in rhythm with whatever music or media you’re listening to, which is about as nifty as a smart home gimmick.
There’s a lot to work with, 15 panels (you used to get just 9 panels in the original starter kit – or “smarter” kit, as Nanoleife calls it), so you’ll have a problem with creating something amazing on that wall of yours Should not be. Dream big, I say! Read more on Tips Clear

Wiz is an ill-fated little lighting startup that makes some surprisingly decent smart bulbs – so decent that Philips Hue parent company Signify purchased the brand last year and began selling the bulbs as “Philips Wiz Connected” LEDs. These versions pre-date those that do re-branding, but they are able to pair with Alexa or Google Assistant and do not require any additional hub hardware. And, if you buy them today at Best Buy, you’ll save a quick $ 8 on a 2-pack, reducing the cost per bulb to just $ 10.

Cree lighting is a mainstay of the corridor (at least at Home Depot), and its bargain-priced smart bulbs are a quick and easy way to fill your home with bright, foggy automatic lighting in the long run. Now, for Prime Day, this bargain is even better, as soft white smart bulbs at Cree are up to 75% lower – just $ 3 per bulb.
Just remember that Cree’s smart bulbs use ZigBee radios to send their signals, so you’ll need a ZigBee hub to automate them. Amazon Echo Plus, second-gen Amazon Echo Show, Wink Hub and Smartthings Hub will all work among other options.
Meanwhile, regular, non-connected Cree LED light bulbs are on sale for Prime Day, with a discount of up to 40%. Read more on Tips Clear

Leviton
It switches from the smart dimer Leviton that doubles as a built-in mic and speaker for Alexa. Use this to replace an old light switch, and you’ll be able to control that light from your phone or with voice commands – including voice commands picked up by the switch itself.
Whether or not a qualified upgrade is for you, but it matters for Alexa die-hard. At the Prime Day price of $ 80, you are saving $ 20 off the normal retail price.

Don’t need extra Alexa speakers in your light switch? Regular decora dimmers without built-in mic and speakers are on sale for Prime Day. Final cost after mark-down: $ 26.10 each.
It does not deteriorate with the capability of Wi-Fi smart switches and does not require additional hubs to connect to your home network. With Alexa, you can sync it with Google Assistant for voice commands. If you control things with Siri, you’ll need to check out a completely different version that supports Apple HomeKit – but fortunately, it’s also on sale.
