OJEE 2023 Registration Extended: OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) has extended the registration date for admission into various undergraduate, postgraduate, and lateral entrance programs in the colleges in Odisha. Candidates can able to apply online for OJEE 2023 till the last date, 10th June 2023 till 4:30 PM at the official website ojee.nic.in. Candidates who have missed applying earlier can get the last chance to apply for OJEE 2023 as the registration date is now extended. Some of the courses offered through OJEE are MCA, Integrated MBA, and B.E/B. Tech, M.Arch, M.Plan, B.Parm, M.Tech, BHM, MBA, and BAMS.

OJEE 2023 Registrations have been completed for students who want to pursue various UG and PG courses from the recognized institutes of Odisha. OJEE Cell also released the dates for the correction window where the applicants were able to edit or correct their application forms before the last date. Applicants were also given the facility to change their photographs, signatures, and also fee payment. Various government-funded and Private institutes have participated in OJEE 2023. The candidates will be able to select their preferred choices of college. OJEE 2023 Registration Fee

OJEE 2023 Registration fees are charged subject to the candidates choosing either single or multiple courses as applicable depending on their educational qualifications. The OJEE 2023 application fees also vary for different courses.

  1. For a single course, OJEE 2023 Application fee is Rs 1000.
  2. And for subsequent addition of each course, Rs 500 per course will be applicable.

Steps to Fill OJEE 2023 Registration Form

The OJEE 2023 registration form could be filled only through “Online” mode through the website www.ojee.nic.in. Candidates must know that not complying with the instructions of the OJEE 2023 registration form shall result in disqualification. Follow the steps given below to fill out the OJEE 2023 Registration form. The OJEE 2023 Registration form-filling process would be done in 2 parts- Registration and Application form-filling.

PART A- OJEE 2023 Candidate Registration

Candidates appearing for the OJEE 2023 exam for the first time must register themselves and the candidates who have already generated the registration number must proceed to fill up the OJEE 2023 Registration form. Follow the steps given below for OJEE 2023 New candidate registration.

  1. Visit the OJEE 2023 official website at www.ojee.nic.in .
  2. Click on New Candidate Registration.
  3. Fill in all the details asked in the OJEE 2023 registration form.
  4. After rechecking the details, click on submit.
  5. Note the registration number which shall be used as OJEE 2023 user Id.

Part B- OJEE 2023 Registration form

After completing the OJEE 2023 registration process, candidates shall move to the next step of filling out the OJEE 2023 registration form filling. OJEE 2023 registration form must be filled out very carefully to avoid the chances of a form rejection. OJEE 2023 registration form could be filled out by following the given steps.

  1. Log in to the official website at www.ojee.nic.in.
  2. Fill out all of the information such as the applicant’s name, father’s name, active phone number, correspondence address, permanent address, email address, and other necessary details.
  3. A passport-size image of the candidate, as well as his or her signature, should be provided in the prescribed size and format.
  4. Upload the required documents in accordance with the OJEE 2023 application form instructions.
  5. Candidates must pay the OJEE 2023 application fee via online mode after uploading the documents.
  6. Candidates must ensure to keep a copy of the OJEE 2023 application form for future reference.

OJEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

OJEE 2023 eligibility criteria are the requirements for appearing for the OJEE 2023 exam. OJEE 2023 scores will be accepted in over 40 top B-schools in the country. The OJEE eligibility criteria are prescribed by the OJEE Cell, which is the OJEE exam conducting authority. The minimum requirement or eligibility criteria for appearing for OJEE 2023 exam is graduation. Candidates who want to appear for the OJEE 2023 exam must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam.

  1. Undergraduate: Candidate must have cleared Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board
  2. Postgraduate: Candidate must hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute from a relevant stream
Work experience
  1. OJEE 2023 exam eligibility criteria do not include work experience.
  2. Both working and non-working candidates can apply for the exam

  2. Sound Recording and Design: Passed or appearing in 2023 Intermediate (10+2) in Science from CHSE, Odisha /CBSE/ICSE / other State Board or any equivalent recognized by CHSE.
  3. Film Editing: Passed or appearing in 2023 Intermediate (10+2) in Science/Arts /Commerce from CHSE, Odisha / CBSE/ICSE / other State Board or any equivalent recognized by CHSE.
LE – TECH (3 Years)
  1. Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology
  2. OR Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject
  3. OR Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector
LE – TECH (Marine) (3 Years)  Diploma in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics
LE PHARM (3 Years)  Passed Diploma examination in a Programme with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate Programme.
MBA (2 Years)
  1. Passed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration.
  2. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
MCA (2 Years)
  1. Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree.
  2. OR Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University).
  3. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
Integrated MBA (5 years)
  1. Passed 10+2 examination.
  2. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
M TECH/ M ARCH/ M PLAN (2 Years)
  1. Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
  2. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
M PHARM (2 years)
  1. Passed Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
  2. Obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination

OJEE 2023 Exam Centre

Candidates going to appear for the OJEE 2023 exam will have to select any three cities in order of their preference. Required efforts will be made to allot, the city of examination to the candidates in order of the choice opted by them in their OJEE 2023 registration form. However, due to administrative reasons, a different OJEE 2023 examination centre in a nearby area may be allotted. The decision of the official authorities regarding the allotment of the OJEE 2023 examination centre shall be final. No further correspondence or request shall be entertained. OJEE 2023 Cut-Off

OJEE 2023 Cut-Off will be declared after the results are published. Candidates scoring the prescribed minimum OJEE 2023 cut-off for the chosen courses will be eligible to participate in OJEE Counselling. OJEE 2023 Cut-off will be based on the seats available at participating universities. The OJEE 2023 Cut-Off will be determined based on various parameters such as the number of students who applied, the number of seats available, and the level of difficulty of the examinations. Candidates can check the OJEE 2023 Cut-off on the official website once released.

OJEE 2023 Counselling

Candidates who are successful in qualifying the OJEE 2023 exam by scoring the minimum required cut-off could appear further for the OJEE 2023 Counselling procedure. OJEE 2023 Counseling will be conducted in online mode only. The candidates who want to appear for the OJEE 2023 Counseling will have to register themselves by choosing the college of their preference through the official website. OJEE 2023 Counseling will decide the final seat allotment of the candidates in their respective choice of colleges. The actual seat matrix approved for the academic year 2023 shall be made available on OJEE website at the time of OJEE 2023 counseling.

Steps to Participate in OJEE 2023 Counseling

The candidates will be required to present some of the original documents for the OJEE 2023 verification process. The candidates will also berequired to submit a copy of the documents at the OJEE 2023 counseling center. A payment of RS. 1000 for the General category and Rs. 500 for the ST/SC/PC categories shall also be made for the OJEE 2023 Counseling. 

  1. Candidates will have to register themselves for OJEE 2023 Counseling by providing information such as their name, contact information, and their score.
  2. Candidates will have to pay OJEE 2023 Counselling Fees via online mode after a successful registration.
  3. Candidates will then have to choose the colleges and courses of their choice and save their preferences.
  4. Candidates will have to pay the admission fees for the college or institute they intend to attend once the seat allotment through OJEE counseling is complete.
  5. Candidates will be required to authenticate original documents for admission throughout the OJEE 2023 counseling procedure.
