New 40,000 Square Foot Home In Bel Air Home Dubbed UNICA
In terms of mega-mansions, there is a new grandpa in town in Los Angeles. The huge house is built as a five-star complex and has been nicknamed UNICA by its developers. It sits atop a canyon with a completely unobstructed view of the canyon and Bel Air. The house measures 40,000 square feet and has reached the market for $ 100 million. The entrance to the property is through a private door and a long winding driveway with a waterfall. When a car stops, it drives under the carriage door. Enter the house with a sunny floor plan with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open the house to the outside to enjoy the incredible weather of southern California.
The property was designed to be a modern Spanish villa with amenities that make it an upscale five star resort. UNICA is created to host important and sumptuous events. The house has six bars of all sizes scattered throughout the house with various rare and expensive marble surfaces. The lower level of the house includes a basketball court of regular size which can also be used as a ballroom or event space. The garage can accommodate 20 vehicles, and of course, the charging of electric cars. The garage is lit by ambient blue lights that make it look like an automobile museum or a Lamborghini showroom.
The estate’s wine tasting room has a fireplace and a marble accent wall with direct access to the two-story wine cellar which has a temperature-controlled space for 1,000 bottles of wine. The theater hall has 36 multi-level seats, two bathrooms and a popcorn and candy bar. The backyard is also set up for an open-air theater with a huge video card. The house also has a wellness floor with a world-class spa and gym. The gym has a kitchenette and living room, as well as an ice bath for post-workout therapy. There’s also a 75-foot indoor saltwater pool, a stone hammam, and an oak sauna. Outside, there are several levels of patio space to relax and soak up the sun by the infinity pool.
The kitchen includes high-end appliances in black with golden hardware, a central island in petrified wood and it opens onto the large living and dining areas. The house has eight bedrooms and 21 bathrooms. The master suite occupies the entire west wing of the top floor of the house. Glass doors open to a private balcony. The space also includes bathrooms and incredible closets that make you feel like you are walking into a boutique.
Now, if you (or me, or one of us) just had $ 100,000,000, we could live in literal luxury and live as if we were on vacation all the time.
