NABARD Grade A Salary 2023
The initial basic pay for NABARD Grade A Officer is Rs. 44,500/-p.m. in the scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years). An increment of Rs. 2500 is accepted for the pursuant 4 years. Additionally, with basic pay of Rs. 44,850, an increment of INR 1750 is accepted for the next seven years and so on. This makes the maximum average basic pay of NABARD Grade A Assistant Manager to be Rs. 89150. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 1,00,000/-.
NABARD Grade A Salary Structure
The starting basic pay NABARD Grade A Salary has been raised to Rs. 44,500 along with Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance, Family Allowance, and Grade Allowance. To the total earnings, there is also a deduction as per government rules.

NABARD Grade A Probation Period
When candidates are recruited into NABARD, they are given training and must undergo a probation period of 2 years (extendable to 1 additional year). Trainees are explained their job roles & responsibilities during this period. At the end of the probation, they’re confirmed to the position of Assistant Managers and are posted at one of the regional banks of NABARD.
NABARD Grade A Job Profile
Once you are posted at one of the banks as an Assistant Manager, you will be assigned to a department that will be respective to your qualification. Here, at the regional NABARD office, you will report to the Chief General Manager (CGM).

Work under the Manager & handle all clerical work assigned by the CGM.
