The last one, in chronological order, could be the key to understanding where the break with the Royal Family comes from. The casus belli? A necklace with the initials H and M that Meghan wore during the engagement period with the Prince.
According to what the authors of the book Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand tell, the staff of Harry would have called Meghan ordering her to remove the necklace because it would have stirred up the paparazzi and the press. Also according to the book Meghan would have limited herself to listening to the advice, however, remaining displaced and grieved.
According to the rumors collected by the biographers, Meghan would have for the first time understood the degree of pervasiveness that the world of royals would have had on her life, even going so far as to unionize what she could or could not wear.
