Meghan Markle would be ready to make Archie Harrison a big brother.
According to an anonymous friend of Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex thinks that 11-month-old Archie needs a “pint-sized boyfriend”.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, the source said that Meghan had “enlightened” during a recent conversation about Archie, in which she hinted that it might be time for him to become a big brother.
“She joked that he needed a pint-sized boyfriend other than dogs,” said the king’s friend. “Meghan turned on when she talked about Archie. She said it was a bundle of energy and preferred to play rather than sleep.”
Unfortunately, there could be a catch in the plan: in a recent video call with the charity WellChild, Meghan’s husband, Prince Harry, joked that a child “is enough”.
It’s hard to say if we should take Harry’s comments seriously – and, because that East members of the royal family we are talking about, it is also possible that he deliberately tried to dismiss fans of the second baby’s scent to protect his family’s privacy.
Whether or not the Sussexes decide to add a second bundle of joy to their family, there is no doubt that they are happy as parents of Archie.
According to Meghan’s friend, Archie is a “happy baby” who is “fascinated by his mini-instruments and likes to hit everything he can. He also likes when dad teases him and plays the harmonica. He thinks that’s funny.”
