Core strength is essential for any kind of daily activity – to rise above your stairs and flow through a workout. A stable core establishes you to stand tall, confident and pain free. Therefore, this month, I will share a new workout every week in which elements of core stability will be woven. Not only will it help you move more functionally throughout life, but it will also help you feel a little more focused while closing the year.


To kick things off, we’re starting with a Pilates routine that targets that core perfectly in less than 10 minutes. This workout is designed to challenge your core from many angles so that you get the most spinal support. Grab your mat, and let’s get started!
