Lisa Vanderpump faces another class action lawsuit by a former SUR employee.
Olivia Beverly Hanson filed the suit on behalf of July 31, on behalf of himself and others who worked at Vanderpump’s West Hollywood, California restaurant Vanderpump rules. According to the documents from E! News, Hanson accuses Vanderpump and her husband, co-restaurateur Ken Toddto break several California labor laws.
The filing alleges that, over the past one to four years, Vanderpump and Todd have not paid workers minimum and overtime wages, provided adequate breaks for meals and rest, provided accurate wage slips, or provided workers with salary slips at the end of their employment .
Hanson claims that she worked at SUR from October 2019 to January 2020. Her duties in the upscale restaurant included “seat visitors, confirmation of reservations and answering machine,” the lawsuit said.
