Kylie Jenner Purchases New $36.5 Million Home In Holmby Hills
TMZ reports that Kylie Jenner recently made a significant addition to his immovable portfolio in the form of a large “hotel complex” that spans more than 15,000 square feet of interior space. And she paid $ 36.5 million for the place, adding to her many properties in Calabasas and Palm Springs.
That’s almost $ 9 million less than what the Holmby Hills home was listed for recently, so Jenner also got a pretty good deal on the mansion. Here is how the house was described in its official list:
“One of the most private and secure properties on the market today. A new resort on Mapleton Drive, one of the best streets in the aerial area of Holmby Hills / Beverly Hills / Bel. ultra in terms of elegance, style, and technology and has many unique and important additional equipment. illuminated sports field with pickle/basketball. “
In addition to all its other features, the house certainly has plenty of room for guests, with seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, plus two guest apartments with their own living room and two other suites with not only their own patios but also their own private entrances too. The whole spread is hidden in confidentiality and security which has obvious appeal to anyone in the public eye.
The seller would know Jenner personally (which is probably why she got such a good deal) and also sold her land in the Palm Springs area where she would have built another house.
