Justin Bieber Suing For $20 Million Over “Factually Impossible” Sexual Assault Allegations

Two social media accounts that appeared to accuse Justin Bieber of sexual assault were brought to justice by the singer after he entered Twitter to present evidence that the allegations were “factually impossible” and could even come from the same person. Today, Complex reports that it is suing these anonymous accusers on social media for libel and over $ 20 million in damages.

The allegations in question were published by two social media accounts bearing the names “Danielle” and “Kadi” regarding incidents allegedly in 2014 and 2015, respectively. In the trial, it is assumed that the two allegations could have originated from the same person seeking to harm Bieber’s reputation.

Nonetheless, Bieber said in the trial that one of his accusers, Kadi, is known to him as a super-fan who chased him many times and desperately wanted to meet him. He says a tweet from his own account, posted after the alleged assault in New York City allegedly took place, indicates that the two never met and that he also has photographic evidence that he was not there where it should have been that assault on the night in question – rather than the accusation being laid simply because it was known that he was in New York to attend the Met Gala in May 2015.

As for the allegations made by “Danielle”, Bieber seems to have even more evidence refuting them, sharing a long Twitter thread on the night of March 9, 2014 in Austin, Texas, when Bieber made a surprise appearance for the south by music from the southwest Festival. This is consistent with the lawsuit brought by Bieber, who cites compelling documentary evidence “against” outrageous and fabricated lies. “The trial continues:

“It is quite clear that these two individuals are trying to capitalize on the climate of fear that permeates the entertainment industry, Hollywood and American businesses, that it is an open season for anyone to make a claim (whatever how vile, unsupported and proven false)) about anyone without consequence… However, Bieber will not sit idly by while the defendants try to attract attention and fame for themselves, by recklessly spreading malicious lies that he committed gross criminal behavior by assaulting accused persons, and Bieber therefore brings this defamation / defamation action to erase his name and set the record straight. “

Some of Kadi’s own tweets about Bieber are cited in the trial as evidence that her allegations are not possible, but no later than June 23, she had invoked Twitter to confirm her claims, tweeting: “All the evidence and evidence does not aren’t for me to show you all, so why should I bother? My lawyer doesn’t get anyone else. “

Now Bieber is claiming $ 10 million in compensatory damages for each of the two allegations, plus an unspecified amount of punitive damages to “set the example for the defendants” and “deter such conduct in the future” .
