How to Watch and Stream NBC’s ‘A Parks and Recreation Special’ 2020 Reunion
Watch and Stream NBC: Parks and recreation fans return to Pawnee, Indiana for a good cause.
Five years after the bittersweet farewell, hit NBC show brings original Parks and recreation casting for a special episode called Special parks and leisure. Throughout its seven seasons, the political sitcom on satire has drawn inspiration from current events, and this time, it is tackling the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
With Amy Poehler (Leslie Knope), Rashida Jones (Ann Perkins), Aubrey Plaza (April Ludgate), and Chris Pratt (Andy Dwyer) among many, the half-hour scripted episode will focus on Leslie trying to stay in touch with her friends during a period of social distancing.
Creator Michael Schur hopes long-time viewers can enjoy a “slice of Pawnee’s life (in quarantine)” and donate to the Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund.
