How to Use Tea Tree Oil for Pimples, Acne, Scars, Marks
Have you been lately worried about the pimples and acne on the face? I know pimples can be quite irritating and decrease the confidence and makes us conscious of our appearance. 1. Tea Tree Oil Lotion for pimples
This lotion can be prepared with tea tree oil to get rid of the pimple infection soon from the face. Just take 10 drops of tea tree oil and mix 20 drops of rose water. Now using a cotton pad, apply on the areas of the face where there are pimples. Leave it for overnight. It will kill the pimple forming microbes and skin will clear soon. We do not use undiluted tea tree oil as it can be drying and strong for sensitive skin, thus rose water has been added. You can also add distilled water to make this tea tree treatment for pimples.
2. Tea tree Oil and Honey Face mask for scars
Mix 1 teaspoonful of honey with 7-8 drops of tea tree oil and apply on the face. Keep this for 20 minutes then wash off. This will provide multiple benefits like it will hydrate the skin. Both honey and tea tree will heal the acne and pimples marks. This should be tried 2 times in a week. It is suitable even when you’ve sensitive skin.
3. Tea tree oil Scrub for acne/ pimples
Take 2 teaspoonful of fine sugar and add 2 teaspoonful of honey in it. Mix them and add 5-6 drops of tea tree oil and then mix all of them again. Use this on the face and scrub gently. Be gentle and keep massaging the facial skin. This will remove the dead skin and along with that the scars will also be faded. Sugar has glycolic acid which further expedite the process of smoothening and removing the blemishes from the face.
4. Tea tree oil Facial cleanser
It will be good if you use tea tree oil face wash or neem based cleanser which helps the skin stay pimple free and lessens the chances of getting pimples. You can also add 2 drops of tea tree oil to your cleanser/ face wash and then use that to cleanse the face. Tea tree oil eliminates the bacterial infection thus is great remedy for the skin infections in the case of psoriasis, eczema etc.
