Samsung has 2,000 Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) across the US that allow it to cover more than 80% of the US population with two-hour repair service, as well as more than 700 uBreakiFix locations and 200 Best Buy stores. Who offer same day repairs. However, this is a large country, which means that despite such an extensive network of repair providers, there are still places where you may find it challenging to get a repair done on your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra or Galaxy A54 in person.

Now, Samsung has announced a new partnership that will help fill some of these shortcomings. Customers in underserved areas will be able to receive convenient walk-in service for in-warranty Galaxy smartphone repairs at select Battery Plus stores across the US.

While Batteries Plus has long been a Samsung Independent Service Provider (ISP), the program only equips its locations to handle out-of-warranty repairs on a subset of Samsung phones. Customers who encounter issues with Samsung’s latest phones and are not lucky enough to live or work close to a Samsung Care location have no option but to mail their smartphone for service. This is less than ideal for a device like a smartphone, which many people use to organize and manage their entire lives.

All repairs will also be performed with Samsung genuine parts and accessories, naturally, by US Mobile-certified repair technicians.

This means more customers can benefit from our customer-first care experience and receive repairs in warranty.

Although Samsung has not published a list of the specific 35 Battery Plus locations that will now serve as Samsung Authorized Service Centers, customers will be able to find them, along with other ASCs in their area, through Samsung’s online service locator. They can then schedule an appointment directly through BatteriesPlus.com. The company notes that the 35 new ASC-certified Battery Plus stores were strategically selected in areas where no other convenient Samsung Care or other Samsung Authorized Service Centers currently exist.
