Fast and Furious Meets Jurassic World: The F9 Team Is Ready for It

fast and furious meets jurassic world: the f9 team is ready for it

It’s unclear where the Fast and Furious will head next, and F9 director leaves the door open to potential Jurassic world crossing. As revealed in the new trailer for F9, the hit series finally made its way into space after years of jokes that there was a natural progression for the franchise. There’s really not much left after you reach for the stars beyond dinosaur superiority in super-fast cars.

As the Fast and furious franchise and Jurassic world The films are both under the umbrella of Universal, Lin was directly asked during a virtual F9 press conference if the two worlds would ever collide, and here’s what the director had to say.

“Well, I never said anything. And the fact that part of our philosophy is never locked away or labeled. And that’s all I’ll say.”

Reading between the lines here, Lin is at least open to the concept, as Jurassic world crossover certainly fits within their guidelines not to be “locked in” as nothing more than a “race” movie. For its part, F9 Star Michelle Rodriguez seems to be much more open to the idea as a big hit crossover like Fast and furious meets Jurassic world makes perfect sense to her.

“Once you hit a certain peak there’s nowhere to go but cross the brand and merge, that’s what big companies do with each other when they get too big, you see what what do I mean? But the only thing standing in the way are the lawyers and the studios. Because usually the brands you’re trying to merge are from different studios or whatever. But it’s under the same umbrella. I do not know. I’m just saying. It works.”

There may only be two opportunities left to do the Jurassic world crossover movie, unless the franchise expands with another spinoff series similar to Hobbs and Shaw. It has been announced that there will only be two installments of the main version Fast and furious series, with F11 conclude the story. No plot details have been revealed for either of these projects yet, but there is no indication that Universal is seriously considering a Jurassic world crossing.

Meanwhile, the Jurassic world the series will go very well with no crossovers planned. The next episode of this series, Jurassic world: Dominion, will be released in theaters by Universal Pictures on June 10, 2022. The new film brings back Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard with jurassic park fan favorites Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum. Considering the success of its predecessors, the film is likely to earn a massive amount of money upon release, as F9 should also do.

Directed by Justin Lin and starring Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, John Cena and Tyrese Gibson, F9 is set to release in the United States on June 25, 2021, after years of significant delays. There won’t be any dinosaurs, but let’s just hope it’s worth the wait. This news comes to us from|
