ESIC UDC Syllabus 2022: Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is recruiting eligible candidates for Upper Division Clerk posts as per the official notification. ESIC UDC Exam Pattern 2022

The ESIC Exam Pattern for the posts of UDC posts under ESIC Recruitment 2022 is as follows. Read the full article to get details about ESIC Exam Pattern and ESIC Syllabus 2022. The written examination for testing the eligibility of the candidates will be conducted in 3 stages: Prelims, Mains, and Computer Skill Test. Any changes in the exam pattern will be updated here.

ESIC Exam Pattern For Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

The ESIC UDC Exam Pattern comprises three stages and the details for all three stages are as follows.

ESIC UDC Phase-1 Prelims Exam

Phase –I Preliminary Examination is qualifying in nature and marks will not be reckoned for final merit. For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth of the mark assigned to that question. The candidates will be shortlisted for Phase-II in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. about 10 times the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Phase – I Preliminary Examination. The ESIC Prelims Exam is qualifying in nature.

ESIC UDC Phase-2 Mains Exam

The marks obtained in Phase-II Main Examination will be considered for final selection. For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth of the mark assigned to that question. The candidates will be shortlisted for Phase-III Computer Skill Test in the ratio of 1:5 i.e. about 5 times the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Phase-II Main Examination. The ESIC UDC mains exam is an objective type test.

Phase-3 Computer Skill Test

The working knowledge of computers in respect of PWD Candidates who are unable to type shall be assessed by holding an Objective Type Computer Test of 50 Marks having 50 Questions with no negative marking. Computer Skill Test will be qualifying in nature. Marks obtained will not be reckoned for merit ranking. Phase three or the computer skill test of the ESIC UDC is also qualifying in nature and has the following parts.
