Danilo Luis Helio Pereira professionally known as Danilo Pereira is a Portuguese professional football player who plays Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-German in a loan from Porto and the Portugal national team as a defensive midfielder. He started playing football for the youth of Arsenal 72 in 1999 and played until 2005. In 2005, he joined the youth team of Estoril. In 2008, he then joined the youth team of Benfica and played until 2010. In 2010, he signed with Italian club Parma and was consecutively loaned to various clubs, before moving to Maritimo in 2013. In July 2015, he joined FC Porto for a reported fee of €4.5 million.
