In addition to covering all Appliances and Integrated Systems plans, the Total Plan also includes reimbursement of $500 for any deductible paid on a home insurance claim. This credit is only available once per plan year.
One of the advantages of Cinch Home Services is the breadth of items covered by its plans. Things like doorbells or smoke detectors aren’t often included in standard plans.
There are optional coverages available as add-ons such as pools and spas, septic systems, and well pumps, but prices are not advertised on the site.

Cinch Home Services’ plans are also available to realtors and sellers, although there’s no mention of what might be different in realtors’ warranty plans or pricing on the site. They do, however, offer commercial real estate resources and optional commercial coverages with these plans.

However, if you are in an area that benefits from the low prices advertised on the website, Cinch proves very affordable. The $150 deductible is the highest in the industry, increasing your costs when you need service.
