CAT 2022 Exam Pattern
This year IIM Ahmedabad reduced questions from all three sections. Last year 76 questions were asked, this year you can expect 64 to 68 questions from all three sections i.e. Quantitative Ability (QA), Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), and Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.

Important Instructions for CAT 2022 Exam Hall
- The candidates must carry the printout of the CAT Admit Card 2022 and an Original Photo ID proof.
- A writing pad and pen will be provided in the examination hall for rough work.
- Candidates must reach the CAT exam centre before reporting time mentioned in their admit card.
- Candidates must affix their photo same as the one uploaded with the CAT 2022 online application form
- Electronic gadgets like Mobile phone, calculator, smartwatch, I-pad or any other gadget is prohibited inside the examination hall.
- Jewellery that contains metal i.e. nose ring, earring, and bracelet is prohibited in the examination.
