5 Tips for Reducing the Frequency of Headaches

Headaches happen to all of us. Unfortunately for some people, they arrive with a lot more frequency than for others. Learning how to manage headaches — especially migraines — is a lifelong mission, and sufferers welcome all the help they can get.

If you can recognize the common triggers for your headaches, you can avoid or remove them before they do any damage. For example, loud music or flashing lights almost guarantee an oncoming headache for some individuals. Steer clear of those triggers, and you’ll be alright.
