4 Luxury Dubai Destination for Best Places to Eat
Luxury Dubai Destination: Dubai is a destination devoted to luxury. Famed for its highbrow eateries, magnificent shopping malls and towering high rises, it unsurprisingly serves up some lavish and lip-lickingly good cuisine, as well as the most divine drinks and desserts found anywhere in the world.
That’s why we encourage those lucky enough to visit to check out as many restaurants and bars as they can during their stay. Should you need a helping hand to point you in the right direction, here are just four of the places we’d recommend.
La Petite Maison
If you have the time to Google La Petite Maison, you’ll see images of perfectly starched white tablecloths laid out in a small sunlit courtyard. The restaurant is as dreamy and elegant as it looks, with plenty of clever little details and some exceptional customer service to set it apart. That said, it’s the fantastic fresh ingredients and mouth-watering cuisine that really mark it out from similarly priced European restaurants in the city.
We suggest visiting only once you’ve worked up a ravenous appetite, so you can take full advantage and indulge in a starter, main and dessert. You won’t be disappointed.
Set on the 17th floor of a high rise, this hidden gem is one of the finest Japanese restaurants in Dubai. Offering the most exquisite views across the Burj Khalifa, its food is as fantastic as its setting. We recommend the thinly sliced cuttlefish with fermented soybean and pickled squid to start, with a speciality roll or two to complete the dish.
Moving onto mains, the wagyu sukiyaki is some of the most delicious food you’ll ever taste and is cooked table side to really enhance your eating experience. Finish with a rolled green tea cake and vanilla ice cream for a meal that will leave you dreaming of its deliciousness ever after.
Cha Cha Woo
If there’s one Thai restaurant you really must visit on a trip to Dubai, Cha Cha Woo is it, which is why it’s also earned a spot on this shortlist. Cooking up cuisine that perfectly encapsulates the effervescent spirit of Bangkok, its dishes manage to remain authentically Thai, while still absorbing the colonial influences of its neighbouring countries.
Our especial favourite is its hugely popular Pad Thai – one of the finest examples of the noodle-based meal you’ll ever taste. And if you’d prefer to eat at home after a long day of exploring, you don’t even need to foot outside your door because Cha Cha Woo is available to order from Deliveroo.
Last but not least, you might want to pay a visit to Teatro. Open since 2001, this theatre-inspired eatery is beloved of Dubai locals, who embrace its cosy interior and fantastic customer service. With an eclectic menu full of diverse yet delicious options, it’s suitable for even the fussiest eater, which is just one of the many good reasons to check it out.
Although you’ll have lots of different dishes to choose from. There’s one we’d recommend above all others and that’s the crunchy wasabi tempura prawns. Try them and taste heaven in your mouth.
